I just found out my uncle died after collapsing onto a glass coffee table from what was probably a heart attack. Or maybe he suffered from a stroke, I'm too awestruck to process all the details.

I didn't know the guy all that well, what with him living in a different city, but this is just completely tragic for me and my family. I pray he rests in peace..

EDIT: Just learned the cause of death. Apparently he was drunk and sat on a glass coffee table, where a piece of glass was embedded into his back and lower leg artery. He then went down into his basement where he fell back against a wall and died all alone in his house. Even if someone was there with him, it only takes a few minutes to bleed to death after an artery is severed, so he probably would have died on the way to the hospital.

What a terrible way to die...
